Site Engineer

Job Brief 

We are seeking a talented and exceptionally skilled Site Engineer to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. Working directly with the team, you will be responsible for being proficient in standard Security duties, Oversee and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and professionally

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on security protocols and procedures.
• Schedule shifts and allocate duties to ensure optimal coverage.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility to detect any security breaches or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and other emergencies.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Address and resolve any security-related inquiries or complaints promptly.
