Senior Accountant – Kuwaiti

Key Skills Required:

• Familiarity with financial regulations.

Accounting Functions:

1. Checking the accuracy of running Projects & Categories before confirming the LPO’s by Finance Manager.
2. Collecting invoices on a Daily basis from Suppliers and verifying Delivery Note & quantities supplied against LPO issued.
3. Sending invoices on a Daily Basis to site for approval and project / category coding.
4. Entering Invoices related to Warehouse and Projects ( SRV ) Daily.
5. Preparing project summary sheet of ACICO Kuwait materials in MS Access after the invoices gets approved by the site engineers and sector managers.
6. Collecting Monthly Statements from Suppliers giving to the Finance Manager for the necessary payments.
7. Maintaining project L/G s issued from different Banks with Beneficiary Name, Expiry Date & Amount.
8. Co-ordination with site engineers regarding deduction sheet upon villas closing on a monthly basis
9. Validation of all check lists required to be fulfilled for closing of villas monthly
10. Project Insurance ( WC/CAR ), updating insurance company for the new villa started list monthly and Vehicle Comprehensive insurance upon renewal in coordination with Finance Manager
11. Collecting and preparing project budgets in ERP format for AIPC (CO47) Projects.
